Alison McKenzie
Fellowship Program
Ali holds a BSc. in Life Sciences from Queen’s University and an MSc. in Occupational and Environmental Health from the University of British Columbia. The first decade of Ali’s professional journey instilled a love of knowledge translation: taking complicated concepts and making them accessible, engaging and informative. This passion and skill has helped her, as the Director of Curriculum and Fellowship Program at The Landing Youth Centre, create and facilitate programming that equips young people with the tools and self-efficacy to thrive in their personal, professional and community-based endeavours. Ali is a relentlessly enthusiastic advocate for youth, and is committed to creating intentional curricula that help youth understand that they deserve a seat at any table.
