Andrew is grateful to live and work on the unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. He cares deeply for the youth and families he gets to learn and grow with. Andrew has over ten years of experience supporting youth in school districts, group homes, sport teams, and clubs such as Boys Who Rise. Andrew graduated with his bachelor of social work and uses grassroots development and compassion focused communication to foster community and places of belonging for youth. In addition to this, Andrew has three years of international social service work experience. He values celebrating cultural diversity and listening to those who do, think, and believe differently.
